Transactions and Payments

All cryptocurrency transactions on the PesoBit network are:

  • Irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain

  • Final and binding upon confirmation
  • Not guaranteed or insured by PesoBit

You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of transaction details before confirmation. PesoBit is not liable for errors, delays, or failed transactions.

Fees and Charges

PesoBit may charge fees for certain services, including:

  • Trading and exchange fees
  • Wallet maintenance fees
  • API usage fees
  • Premium service subscriptions

All fees are disclosed prior to transaction confirmation. You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your use of the Service.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PesoBit, our directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any cause of action whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us during the six (6) month period prior to any cause of action arising.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PesoBit is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the designated arbitration institution.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
